What Our Patients Have To Say
Dental Implant Treatments

SINGLE IMPLANT
A procedure that takes place across several appointments, to ensure the likelihood of lifelong results, the implant itself is the metal screw placed in your jaw, the abutment then is screwed into this, and finally the crown (in other words, the ‘tooth that everyone see’s) is placed securely onto the abutment.

MULTIPLE IMPLANTS
If you have several teeth in a row that you wish to replace, you may not actually need as many implants as you think!
On many occasions, two implants are placed and utilised to secure a 3rd crown in between them, allowing for 3 new ‘teeth; from just 2 implants

ALL ON 4
AKA entire arch replacement! The revolutionary and increasingly popular treatment known as all on 4 allows our implantologist to replace your upper and/or lower teeth in a day!
This treatment is done using 4 implants (see image) to safely and firmly secure an entire set of natural looking and feeling teeth.

Dental Implant FAQs
General
FAQs
What are Dental Implants?
Dental implants are metal screws that are inserted into the jaw to act as artificial roots for false teeth.
The tooth part of the implant will be the only part of the implant that is visible.
One or more dental implants can be fitted depending on how many teeth you have lost. They are also an alternative to dentures for people who have lost all their teeth.
Are they suitable for me?
Dental implants are suitable for the majority of healthy people!
At your initial consultation and assessment, your dentist will check to see if you have enough jaw bone to hold in the metal implant screws. but even if you don’t, we use a process called bone grafting to transplant more bone to the area where you’re getting the implant prior to placing
Will it feel like my normal teeth?
Yes, one of the reasons for dental implants being increasingly popular is their natural look and feel. It really will feel exactly like your normal teeth do or did!
Can I get implants on the NHS?
It’s incredibly rare to receive dental implants on the NHS unfortunately, as they are almost always considered a cosmetic treatment, and dentures (despite their flaws) are deemed a fit enough replacement for teeth.
However, do bear in mind that we offer private patients a range of options to help spread the cost of your treatment; we aim to make dental implants affordable to everyone!

How Much are Implants?
As you can imagine, the figure varies as more implants at once will typically cost less, however our prices for a single implant tend to be around £2000 (or £42.40 a month with one of our payment plans!)

Yes, absolutely and always, we offer free consultations for private dental implant treatment to any patients interested!

At your free consultation, you’ll be given the option of speaking to one of our excellent Treatment Co-Ordinators after your proposed treatment plan has been put together, who will go through the 0% Finance Plan with you, and work out the monthly cost should you proceed with treatment.
