During our regular practice hours, we provide urgent appointments for patients requiring immediate dental care. Urgent care covers treatments needed to relieve severe pain, swelling, or bleeding, preventing your dental issue from worsening before your next scheduled visit. Outside these hours, you can get advice or treatment by calling the NHS on 111. This service is managed by the NHS.
FAQs - Contact
How can I make a complaint about a service?
We appreciate your feedback and welcome the chance to address any concerns. If you have a complaint or issue regarding the care you received, please speak confidentially to any staff member or contact our Practice Manager directly. We treat all complaints seriously and strive to resolve them promptly and fairly. For more details, you can request a copy of our complaints policy.
What payment options are available for my treatment?
We offer various payment methods including card payments, cash, and finance plans. Interest-free and extended payment options are also available to help spread the cost of your treatment. Please ask our team for details tailored to your needs.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your initial appointment will include a thorough examination and discussion of your dental health, concerns, and goals. We may take X-rays or other diagnostics to assist in creating a personalised treatment plan just for you.
How do I become a patient at your clinic?
Becoming a patient is simple! You can register by contacting us via phone, online, or visiting the practice. We’ll gather some basic information and arrange your first appointment at a convenient time.
Under what circumstances can treatment be refused to a patient?
Treatment may be declined if it is unsafe, not clinically appropriate, or if a patient fails to follow agreed care plans. We always aim to discuss any concerns with you and explain the reasons fully.
How is my confidentiality protected as a patient?
We take your privacy seriously. All personal and medical information is stored securely and only shared with authorised staff or with your consent, in line with data protection laws.
What is the procedure for canceling an appointment?
If you need to cancel an appointment, it is preferable to provide the practice with 24 hours’ notice. This enables us to offer the appointment to another patient.
Do you offer a reminder service for upcoming appointments?
Yes, we send appointment reminders via SMS, email, or phone calls to help you keep track of your visits.
What happens if I arrive late or miss my appointment?
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to see you, but your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled if necessary. Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a cancellation fee as detailed in our policy.
